How can we inhabit our bodies more fully, more freely? How can we maintain ease of movement, comfort in our daily lives, and a sense of well being through a healthy body and mind?

Yoga can help. This approach to the practice allows the body to unfold at its own pace making it possible to really trust and enjoy the postures, without the feeling of pressure that sometimes surrounds yoga classes or instruction.

My early training was in theatre and release-based contemporary dance.

The dance work was a lot about finding movement from within, learning to become attentive, exploring and expressing through movement in an intuitive and non-judgemental way. I became very interested in the language of movement, how our bodies feel, express, communicate.
